CUMC Parking Structure

Garver provided professional and lead-design services for a four-level parking deck that helped a northwest Arkansas church provide its congregation with improved parking facilities. Garver’s work included structural, mechanical, and electrical features for the four-level parking deck that serves Central United Methodist Church, which averages 1,500-weekly worshippers in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The post-tensioned, cast-in-place structure that provides 215 parking spaces cuts into the side of a 30-foot hill, and rises three stories above the main parking lot.
