Optimizing operations
The new district headquarters provides the Texas Department of Transportation Paris District with a new site and 120,000 square feet of new office, lab, vehicle maintenance, shop, warehouse, and storage facilities. Garver’s multidisciplined design team worked with TxDOT from conceptual design through construction to identify the user needs and optimize the district’s operations. Designed for operational resiliency, the project includes complete on-site back-up power generation to allow the district to continue to operate during a loss of utility power.
