Site work coordination reduces construction impact to adjacent land owners
Garver provided site design for the Fayetteville Public Library, working closely with the Fayetteville Library Board to obtain large scale development approval from the City Planning Department. Adjacent residential, commercial, and medical facilities limited typical progression of the work, and Garver coordinated the project with local utilities and with the City to reduce the impacts to landowners. Garver also designed upgrades to the existing storm sewer, a new municipal water line, and a full-depth reconstruction of two adjacent streets, while performing construction observation for the street, storm sewer, and water line improvements.
