Garver’s master planning and land-use planning services include assessing all existing facilities and infrastructure, conducting feasibility studies, and planning for future requirements. Through interviews and planning charrettes, Garver works with our federal clients to identify needs with regard to existing, new, and planned facilities and infrastructure. Garver’s intensive master planning process provides short- and long-range development plans that allow for infrastructure to operate at peak efficiency now and for years to come.
To develop a statewide training range master plan for the Iowa Army National Guard, Garver incorporated planning needs for live fire and non-live fire training ranges, support facilities, and utilities through fiscal year 2065.
