Weathering the storm
Garver assessed the overall facility conditions at 21 Texas Military Department locations that fell within the area affected by Hurricane Harvey. With Garver utilizing BUILDER™ SMS software, each report provided a thorough understanding of the overall facility condition as well as specific damage that resulted from Hurricane Harvey. Each assessment included site maps and surveys of existing infrastructure and utilities; photos of the sites and damages; asbestos, lead, mold, and life safety reports for each installation; and cost estimates to fix the identified deficiencies.
