While performing on-call environmental services for the Oklahoma Military Department, Garver has prepared and executed hazardous materials (HAZMAT) training at various locations; updated spill prevention, control, and countermeasure (SPCC) plans; provided a site-specific spill contingency plan at Fort Sill; and conducted a comprehensive inventory of air pollution emission sources in operation on Oklahoma Military Department property.
