Spurring progress
Garver prepared engineering specifications and drawings for the construction of embankment, roadbed, ties, rail, drainage culverts, and road crossings for a new 3,000-foot industry spur track from a Burlington Northern Santa Fe Corporation (BNSF) 40-mph siding to the Marked Tree Municipal Industry Park. The new spur crosses one road to service the new Awesome Products facility. The scope of services included survey, geotechnical investigation, design, bidding, and construction phase services.
