Aiding Revitalization
An outdated downtown shopping district received a facelift when Garver designed improvements aimed at revitalization. Design included brick-paved sidewalks, curbed and landscaped islands, irrigation systems, and new lighting systems. The upgraded street that runs through an historic downtown section is now more appealing to businesses and shoppers.
