Major Road Project
The first major project in a master plan developed by the City of Huntsville, Holladay Boulevard provides a north-south corridor through 1,300 acres of annexed land. To accommodate westward growth made possible by that annexation, Garver worked with the city on its master plan, which culminated in this five-lane, 1.5-mile-long boulevard, providing the city with a starting point for future development and economic growth opportunities.
