Peyton joins latest Leadership Greater Little Rock class
As a member of the latest class of Leadership Greater Little Rock, Garver Aviation Planning Business Team Leader Suzanne Peyton is joining a wide variety of professionals to better understand the growing needs of the region, and to discuss future strategies aimed at improving Arkansas’s capital city.
In the organization’s 34th class, Peyton is joined by others working in business, government, and for non-profits, to better central Arkansas through a series of discussions from guest speakers, panelists, guided tours, and presentations.
“Our aim is to improve our communities each day through our work, and interacting with, and learning from, like-minded community leaders can only make Garver and central Arkansas better” Peyton said. “My involvement only increases awareness of the most important issues currently facing our region.”
For more than two decades, Peyton has helped lead Garver’s aviation planning efforts, providing airports in Arkansas and across the country with comprehensive master plans, layout plans, capital improvement plans, feasibility studies, site selection studies, and more.
In addition to serving central Arkansas airports in Conway, North Little Rock, and Saline County, her planning expertise has helped Garver deliver numerous improvements to the Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport in Little Rock. Such projects have included a master plan that included airfield planning, airfield capacity, and general aviation planning; and a pavement management program that included the inspection of approximately 3,000,000 square feet of pavement and a maintenance and rehabilitation analysis.
