Three honored with Spirit of Garver Award

Given annually to employees who exhibit a passion for their profession and a dedication to upholding the company’s values and standards, the Spirit of Garver Award is the highest individual honor bestowed upon a Garver employee.

Garver honors these high-achieving individuals at Summit, an annual gathering of Garver employees from across the country. This year, at Summit 2023 in Grapevine, Texas, a committee of company leaders named Transportation Project Manager Ashley Maggio, Enterprise Solutions Major Programs Team Leader Zach Reed, and Video Editor/Motion Graphics Designer Bronson Crabtree as the latest winners. Each received a travel voucher worth $3,500 and company recognition.

As a project manager on Garver’s Transportation Planning and Traffic Team, Maggio, based in Houston, serves Garver’s entire footprint with work on a wide range of traffic studies and safety assessments, along with client interactions and project pursuit efforts. In addition, she was instrumental in the development of Garver’s Ignite event for first-year interns, serves as an office coordinator for two Garver initiatives – Connect and GarverGives – and is active in local technical organizations such as WTS and ITE, where she will be part of their 2024 Leadership ITE program.

Reed, based in North Little Rock, Arkansas, is the Major Programs Team Leader on Garver’s Enterprise Solutions Team, where he utilizes innovative process improvements and collaborates across disciplines, particularly in his leadership of KDOT’s Eisenhower Legacy Transportation program (IKE). He also holds a board position in WTS Arkansas.

Based in Atlanta, Crabtree is a video editor and motion graphics designer who plays a critical role on Garver’s award-winning Communications Team. His creative efforts and expertise support Garver’s dynamic recruiting content, showcasing Garver’s culture and status as the Best Firm to Work For. 

The three were selected from a group of 14 finalists, who were chosen from a collection of nominations made by their colleagues. Congratulations to all of Garver’s winners, finalists, and nominees.
