Garver steps up to the plate for Summit 2026

Each fall, Garver employees from across the country come together to celebrate successes, strengthen connections, and look toward the future. And this year's Garver Summit was a home run.

The theme transported attendees back to the 1940s, baseball's Golden Era, a time defined by legendary teams, unforgettable moments, and an appreciation for the players who made the game great. For the 16th annual Garver Summit, nearly 1,350 employees gathered in Arlington, Texas, to celebrate that same spirit. 

Over three days, teammates connected across teams and regions, attended meetings highlighting accomplishments and future goals, and recognized peers whose work exemplifies Garver's values. The week also included a special evening honoring Spirit of Garver and Garvy finalists at the National Medal of Honor Museum, where guests gathered to celebrate the individuals and teams who continue to raise the bar.

Created for the occasion, “Best Firm Field” served as a nostalgic, baseball-themed backdrop and a gathering place where employees could check in, catch up between meetings, snap photos, and immerse themselves in the energy of Summit.

Of course, no trip back to baseball's Golden Era would be complete without a little time at the ballpark.

A sea of Garver-red baseball jerseys and Garver foam fingers filled the stands at Globe Life Field as employees cheered on the Texas Rangers and New York Mets — and got to see Chief Operating Officer Michael Graves take the mound to throw the ceremonial first pitch!

That night, employees dressed in their 1940s finest to attend the Garvys, Garver's annual awards show honoring individuals, teams, and offices for their hard work and success.

The next morning, the activities continued at Choctaw Stadium, where Garver's award-winning Wellness Program and employee-led charitable giving initiative, GarverGives, joined forces for Summit's closing events, the "Seventh-Inning Stretch." Together, employees got moving and raised money for two organizations making a difference across Texas: ACE Mentor DFW and Texas Ramp Project.

Like the great baseball teams of the 1940s, Garver's success is built on teamwork, trust, and a shared commitment to excellence. As the firm continues to grow, Summit serves as a reminder that its people remain its greatest strength.
