Garver announces 2026 Spirit of Garver Award finalists
Employees are at the heart of Garver’s award-winning culture. Garver prioritizes its people through a generous benefits package, an industry-leading Wellness Program, and a strong, intentional focus on employee engagement and recognition. The firm’s highest employee honor, the Spirit of Garver Award, recognizes individuals who embody Garver’s core values.
Spirit of Garver finalists are nominated by their peers, with winners announced each fall during Garver Summit — the firm’s annual companywide gathering and celebration. The highly anticipated awards show is a highlight of the event, bringing employees together to recognize outstanding contributions across the organization.
Garver’s commitment to its people continues to earn national recognition. The firm was one of the first recipients of the Legacy Best Firm to Work For designation from the Zweig Group, in 2025. Garver is also on the top 100 of Engineering News-Record’s Top 500 Design Firms list.
With more than 1,400 employees across 61 offices in 21 states, Garver’s success is driven by the technical expertise and exceptional client service of its people. The firm remains committed to investing in, celebrating, and supporting employees every day, and especially during Garver Summit.
