Gran honored by SAME Tulsa Post

For continued contributions to the Society of American Military Engineers, Garver’s Cindy Gran was recently presented with the organization’s Tulsa Post Outstanding Individual Sustaining Member award.

Gran, a regional marketing administrator in Garver’s Tulsa office, has been a member of SAME for more than a decade, while serving in multiple roles on its board, including president, vice president, secretary, communications chair, programs chair, and membership chair. She is currently serving on its programs planning committee.

“SAME has been an integral resource for the advancement of Garver’s Federal and Facilities Design teams over the years and has provided the opportunity for myself and Garver to build on-going relationships on the local, state, and national level with the military and federal government,” Gran said. “To serve in these roles to advance the organization that is so vital to our work has truly been an honor.”

SAME is a national organization that uses collaboration between private and public organizations from the architecture, engineering, construction and environmental disciplines to support and resolve national security and infrastructure challenges. In addition to serving SAME, Gran recently completed a one-year term as president of the Society for Marketing Professional Services Oklahoma chapter.
