McAnally named to Dallas Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 list
At only 37 years old, Mitchell McAnally, PE, PMP, has already earned a reputation for providing innovative and dependable solutions for airports across Texas.
For his contributions, McAnally was named to Dallas Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 list, which celebrates North Texas leaders who bring positive changes to their professional and personal lives.
It’s no wonder that McAnally has become an industry leader early in his career. He joined Garver in 2007 and has fostered extensive growth in aviation design and construction management portfolios ever since. He has also built one of the region’s premier airport engineering teams, and expanded Garver’s client base to over 40 airports in Texas with a construction value over $2 billion.
McAnally has taken the lead in many transformational projects across Texas, including Dallas Love Field’s Crossfield taxiway reconfiguration program. This program reconfigured the middle of the airfield to provide developable property for a new aircraft rescue and firefighting (ARFF) facility, larger corporate hangars, and a centralized deicing location.
Serving as a community leader and mentor for young engineers, McAnally’s commitment to Texas aviation goes beyond his expansive portfolio. McAnally previously led initiatives within the GarverGives local office to focus on STEM and volunteer opportunities at the Frontiers of Flight Museum engineering week, McAnally hopes to inspire young learners to consider engineering and aviation as potential future career paths.
McAnally has also been recognized nationally in the Airport Business Top 40 Under 40 list and is a Leadership McKinney graduate, positioning him as an industry leader and role model for aviation engineers. Playing a pivotal role in shaping the airports Texans rely on — while also fostering stronger connections within his surrounding communities — McAnally is a powerful, positive influence in the aviation industry, in his home state of Texas, and across the country.
