Garver announces 2023 Spirit of Garver Award finalists

With an expanding footprint that now includes 47 offices in 17 states, Garver has celebrated significant milestones in the past year, including breaking into the top 100 of Engineering News-Record’s Top Design Firms list, announcing a new business line, launching an innovation initiative, recruiting strategic hires, and winning important new contracts.

Maintaining excellence during a period of growth requires dedication from every employee, which is why Garver is committed to recognizing its top employees each year. The Spirit of Garver award is designated as the firm’s highest employee honor, and is given to those who exemplify the respect, excellence, and integrity Garver is known for.

In the past decade, Garver has recognized 28 employees with the annual Spirit of Garver award. Finalists exemplify a passion for their profession and for upholding Garver’s values. These committed employees are at the heart of the firm’s successes.

Garver employees honor their colleagues with Spirit of Garver nominations throughout the year, and a selection committee narrows the list to a group of finalists. Winners will be announced in October at Garver Summit, the annual company-wide gathering that includes team meetings, awards presentations, and Garver-style fun.
