LIT Airport Redevelopment

Newly renamed Clinton National Airport embarks on a multi-phase redevelopment plan

In the first makeover of the Bill and Hillary National Airport terminal facility since it opened in the 1970s, Garver provided an updated and vibrant front door for those traveling into the state’s capital city. The ambitious terminal redevelopment plan replaced, renovated, and expanded the existing facility with a renovated ticket lobby, new security checkpoint areas, and terminal commons area, as well as added gate capacity and a new baggage claim wing. The $67 million Phase 1 of the project upgraded an airport that services more than 2 million passengers and provides more than 3,000 local jobs
