Garver provided site investigations and engineering and architectural support services to assemble a multiphase development program approach for improvements within the Airport Business Park at Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport. Garver researched space utilization, existing conditions, code compliance, and deficiency issues, and evaluated facility systems, including architectural, electrical, telecommunication, mechanical, and fire protection. The report provided guidance for planning future construction and renovation projects to enable future tenant occupancy. With this report, the airport can successfully adapt a complex facility into a business park with new and existing tenants, creating jobs and promoting sustainability by adapting the facilities to new multi-tenant spaces.
