Improving efficiency
Garver provided professional consulting services related to revising the rules and regulations (R&R), airport emergency plan (AEP), and airport certification manual (ACM) at Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR). Garver was asked to lead the airport through a comprehensive revision to the airport emergency plan that included a full hazard assessment, updates to the airport basic plan, functional annexes, and hazard-specific sections. The revision process included establishing and utilizing a core team of airport personnel and a larger stakeholder group composed for all major emergency management partners.
