CLE Master Plan

Preparing for future needs

Garver provided an extensive array of airport planning services as part of the Cleveland–Hopkins International Airport (CLE) Master Plan. Garver led the inventory and facility requirements analysis related to airfield, airfield support facilities, fueling, deicing, cargo, and general aviation facilities. This included extensive documentation of airfield configuration challenges, review of existing environmental and other development constraints, and identification of future facility needs. Additionally, Garver worked in close coordination with the airport, tenants, and the FAA to identify future airfield configuration improvements and assess their feasibility. Garver also led the visioning effort conducted at the beginning of the master plan to clearly establish priorities for future development.
