Garver is leading the development of a comprehensive Sustainability Master Plan for El Paso International Airport. To support this effort, Garver performed reviews of existing documents and infrastructure, workforce engagement, the health and safety of airport employees, and airport resource usage. Additionally, Garver is facilitating sustainability goal setting and implementation planning to support the realization of those goals. Other key focuses of this project include stakeholder engagement through a variety of methods and coordination with the City of El Paso’s simultaneous Climate Action Plan development.
