Garver worked with the Grand Junction Regional Airport and airlines to provide construction phase services to reconstruct approximately 10,000 square yards of concrete pavement in the existing air carrier apron. Through coordination with the airport staff and contractor, Garver combined several phases of construction to help to expedite completion of the ramp.
