30 Crossing

The 30 Crossing project is the largest Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT) construction project to date - part of a $1.8B program designed to improve mobility and driver safety on the state’s most traveled roadways - and their first design-build project.

Garver provided program and construction management for the $632M 30 Crossing project, which widens and reconstructs portions of a 7.3-mile section of I-30 through downtown Little Rock, and includes replacement of the 3,360-foot Arkansas River bridge and modifications to the interchanges with I-40 and I-630.
