Tencleve and Yancey inducted into the 2025 class of the Arkansas Academy of Civil Engineering
Tencleve and Yancey join a group of more than a dozen active Garver employees in the AACE, which helps members take on the role of mentors to current students.
The University of Arkansas Department of Civil Engineering recently welcomed its 45th class of inductees into the 2025 class of the Arkansas Academy of Civil Engineering (AACE), and Garver’s Keith Tencleve, PE, and Seth Yancey, PE, were among them. They joined 12 other accomplished professional engineers as active members and one posthumous honorary member.
A hands-on supporter of civil engineering students at the university, the AACE helps members take on the role of mentors to current students by hosting events that provide first-hand information on the industry and provide networking opportunities.
Since joining Garver in 2005, Tencleve, who holds three degrees from the University of Arkansas, has made a significant and lasting impact on his home state. Over the course of his career at Garver, he’s led pavement management initiatives for clients and held various roles, including leading teams in Aviation, managing real estate, and chairing the internal standards committee. He now serves as Director of Innovation and Business Support. In this role, he leads Garver’s Innovation Incubator and collaborates with corporate support teams on key business initiatives.
With two decades of experience in the industry, Yancey has overseen construction and proposals for the infrastructure projects that keep communities in Arkansas thriving. He has assisted Garver in legacy projects such as developing a replacement for the Broadway Bridge that connects the downtowns of Little Rock and North Little Rock and, more recently, the Connecting Arkansas Program, a voter-approved highway construction program that includes the completion of over 36 miles of roadway and 50 bridges to better serve the ever-growing Northwest Arkansas region.
