Fred Hervey Water Reclamation Plant Improvement Project
Garver helps El Paso Water with improvements that make treating reclaimed water to a drinking water standard possible
As owner’s representative, Garver's team worked closely with El Paso Water and the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to deliver headworks and filter improvements to the 12 MG Fred Hervey water reclamation plant serving northeast El Paso, an approximately $67M CMAR alternative project delivery project. These improvements made the plant one of the first in the country that can treat reclaimed water to a drinking water standard.
As part of the on-call construction management contract, Garver provided construction phase services, including construction administration, construction management, resident project representative, document control and record keeping, and scheduling support.
We provide construction inspection and management services on wastewater treatment improvements and site electrical improvements for several facilities requiring demolition, general repair and replacement of several components, and installation and/or modification of existing components.
