Drawing on team expertise and an arsenal of cutting edge survey equipment, such as an eBee fixed-wing drone, which was used to perform the aerial topographic surveys for the 70-mile-long corridor, Garver provided control, topographic, hydrographic, boundary, and utility surveys as well as right of way acquisition documents for the City of Enid’s Kaw Lake Reservoir, a $315M program in Oklahoma.
