New Connection
To connect a widely-used trail system with one of the area’s most utilized parks, Garver designed a tunnel crossing under Highway 180, three creek crossings that contained FEMA-designated floodplains, and an at-grade crossing of a five-lane highway. The $1.4 million project opened the city up to further development, as the trail system is attractive to students at the nearby University of Arkansas and local businesses.
