Biosolids Optimization

Optimizing process efficiency

Biosolids treatment and stabilization processes provide an incredible opportunity to turn our wastewater treatment plants into real resource recovery facilities. Garver’s expertise in stabilization process optimization can assist with increasing biogas production, implementing co-digestion, improving digester performance, increasing cake solids, reducing odor generation, or reducing polymer consumption. The end goal is to identify potential new revenue streams and reduce operating costs. We have expertise and knowledge in sidestream nutrient management and can model and assist with removal and treatment of phosphate scales, nutrient recycle streams, and increase in recovery of high quality biosolids for beneficial reuse.
