Three honored with Spirit of Garver Awards

The Spirit of Garver is often called “the firm’s highest employee honor" – and with good reason.

Each year, Garver employees are asked to nominate co-workers who exemplify the best of Garver values – individuals who not only do their work but go above and beyond in setting an example for all to follow. From that pool of dozens of nominations, a select group of finalists is chosen. And then finally, after the months-long process, three employees are ultimately given the Spirit of Garver Award at the company’s annual Garver Summit.

It should come as no surprise, then, that the three employees selected for this year’s award at the annual Garver Summit in Fort Worth exemplify those values and passion – and have truly demonstrated the Spirit of Garver.

The 2021 winners are Project Engineer Daniel Lamberger, Senior Recruiting Support Specialist Dominique Mull, and Construction and Survey Team Leader Dakota Zimmerman.
