Mott named to Garver Management Committee
Growing up, Earl Mott tagged alongside his father as he worked on Garver’s Survey Team. That time spent learning the importance of working in the field helped prepare him for what has become a three-decade-long career at the firm – first as a project engineer and manager for Garver’s Aviation Team and then as Director of Construction Services. And now, Mott is the latest to be added to Garver’s Management Committee.
From this position, Mott joins a seven-member committee comprised of company leaders in directing the future of Garver as it continues to provide innovative infrastructure services to clients across the country.
“I’ve been around Garver all my life, and not just all my professional life,” Mott said. “I’m honored to help guide this century-old firm forward as we help even more airports, DOTs, and municipalities gain access to critical infrastructure solutions.”

Earl Mott
Director of Construction Services
The past year has seen a rapid expansion of the construction market. Garver’s Construction Services Team has responded, growing to more than 100 construction professionals – engineers and inspectors - spread across the country. His team has worked with various DOTs and municipalities on a wide array of aviation, transportation, and water and wastewater infrastructure improvement to help projects stay on course while enforcing project plans and specifications during construction.
He currently serves as Project Manager for Garver’s role in construction engineering and inspection services for the Arkansas Department of Transportation’s 30 Crossing project, which is the agency’s largest efforts in history and will provide safer and more efficient travel through the state’s largest metro area. His team is also currently providing construction observation for the City of Wichita’s new 120 MGD Water Treatment Plant.
Mott joins a Management Committee that includes representation from across Garver’s 17-state footprint, including President and CEO Brock Hoskins, Chief Operating Officer Michael Graves, Director of Transportation Jerry Holder, Director of Aviation Frank McIllwain, Director of Water Services Jeff Sober, and Transportation Team Leader Brent Schniers.
