Crawford inducted into the 2026 Class of the Arkansas Academy of Civil Engineering
Crawford joins more than a dozen active Garver employees in the AACE making a difference in the future of civil engineering.
The University of Arkansas Department of Civil Engineering recently announced that Garver’s Josh Crawford has been inducted into the 2026 class of the Arkansas Academy of Civil Engineering (AACE), the 46th year the AACE has welcomed accomplished professional engineers into its ranks. Crawford, Strategic Growth Director for Garver Transportation and Field Services, received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Arkansas in 2005.
Since joining as an intern in 2005, Crawford has spent his entire professional career at Garver, working as a Project Engineer, Project Manager, and in various Director positions. He served Garver’s Aviation business line for most of his career, initially overseeing airport improvements in Arkansas and the surrounding states before leading Garver’s Aviation expansion into Central Texas, ultimately managing the entire Texas region. Currently, he is serving as Strategic Growth Director for Garver’s Transportation and Field Services teams, leading growth efforts nationwide.
He is an extensive advocate for workforce development and has served as a member of multiple professional and community organizations, including the American Council of Engineering Companies, the Airports Consultants Council, and American Association of Airport Executives. While working in Texas, Crawford served on the TxDOT Urban Air Mobility Advisory board and graduated from the Leadership Round Rock Program. He was also featured in Airport Business Magazine as a Top 40 Under 40 for his work impacting airports across the country.
Crawford is a devoted husband of 16 years and father to three, and enjoys spending quality time with his family, watching movies, reading, music, and the outdoors.
