Our approach leads to efficient and safe operations for pilots and airport operators while also enhancing the passenger experience.
Garver’s team has enhanced terminal projects at both commercial and general aviation airports and has experience with a variety of delivery methods. And with one of the largest aviation design teams in the country, our services include work within the terminal, landside, or airside.

Apron Design
Decades of experience in the design and construction management and rehabilitation of aircraft parking aprons for airports of all sizes. Design approach includes considering the whole airport in order to enhance future development.
Roads and Parking
Our airport access roads and landside roadway projects include rehabilitation and widening, reconstruction, new alignments, intersection improvements, pavement design, drainage improvements, traffic studies, bridge design, street lighting, and more.
Construction Management
Extensive experience in general engineering reviews to determine construction is aligned with design intent, including interim and substantial completion inspection of work.
Strategic Funding
Acting as an extension of airport staff our team assists airports with funding, grant, and project administration materials; FAA and state aviation agencies coordination; and full administrative project development needs.
Utility Coordination
Coordination with utility companies during survey, design, and construction phases to minimize construction time, conflicts, and change orders.
Environmental
Diverse experience in delivering Environmental Assessments and NEPA processes for major airfield projects that meets the approval of the FAA, EPA, and other federal, state, and local agencies; to create a safe environment for growing aircraft operations.
