Garver served as the lead civil engineer for this project that addressed recent double-digit, year-over-year growth. A utilities package connected the interior site with water, sewer, power, natural gas, communications, and the Jet-A hydrant fueling system. Modifications to the south terminal apron and adjacent taxiways facilitated ingress and egress from the airfield and taxiway to the new aircraft parking positions.
