Garver is serving as the lead civil designer of the new Dallas Fort Worth International Airport Terminal F Concourse that includes 15 new passenger boarding gates and seven ground loading gates. This program includes a new automatic people mover station, a baggage and goods utility tunnel, and over 1.1 million square feet of concrete paving. Upon completion, this will be the first new terminal concourse built at DFW in over 20 years.
In addition to design, services include site administration, project administration, construction safety and phasing plans, airspace analysis, maintenance of traffic plans, grading and drainage design, stormwater drainage design, erosion control plans, airfield electrical improvements, and construction support services.
