Dallas Love Field's (DAL’s) Terminal Expansion Program will deliver 14 major projects designed to increase annual passenger capacity from 8.4 million to 12.7 million travelers while enhancing the overall airport experience. The program will modernize and expand key airport facilities without adding new gates, maximizing the efficiency of the existing terminal footprint.
Garver is providing program management services for the multi-year initiative, including design management, airline stakeholder coordination, project controls, and construction implementation. Working closely with airport leadership and project partners, Garver is helping guide the delivery of one of the airport's most significant capital improvement efforts.
With an anticipated program value of approximately $2.5 billion, the expansion will support DAL’s long-term growth while improving operations, passenger flow, and terminal functionality.
