Denver International Airport's (DEN’s) Concourse C West Expansion will add 11 new gates and more than 400,000 square feet of concourse space, increasing capacity to support the airport's continued growth.
Garver will help deliver the program, providing program management support from project initiation through construction. Building on previous work at DEN and experience delivering major terminal and concourse programs nationwide, Garver is helping guide the expansion from planning through delivery.
The project will extend and modernize Concourse C while integrating with a section of the facility originally built as a temporary structure, creating unique design and construction challenges. Through close collaboration with airport leadership and project partners, Garver is helping develop solutions that support long-term operational needs.
Scheduled to begin in 2026 and continue through 2033, the program will enhance passenger capacity, improve airport operations, and support DEN’s future growth.
