National Guard Services

Led by a design team with members who have successfully led National Guard projects in 47 states, all of the U.S. territories, Japan, Italy, and Djibouti, Garver has a long record of providing the men and women of the Army and Air National Guard with the tools and capabilities necessary to protect the nation. In order to best serve the needs of uniformed personnel, Garver offers a one-stop shop for advanced planning studies, field surveys and investigations, design services, and construction services.

Garver handles all aspects related to programming, facility planning, master planning, design, environmental services, and construction administration, having served as an Army National Guard Program Manager and Program Manager for consecutive nationwide National Guard Bureau IDIQ contracts.
