Coordinating agencies to meet funding requirements

Garver provided project management and coordination assistance for Searcy Water Utilities for submission of the appropriate documents and forms for funding through the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission’s (ANRC) Clean Water Revolving Loan Fund (CWRLF). This included management of project status, interim findings, assumptions, technical aspects, upcoming activities, and schedule updates. Garver coordinated with several environmental crosscutter agencies such as Arkansas Natural Heritage Commission, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fish and Wildlife Services, Natural Resources Conservation Service, and local floodplain administrators to assist with meeting regulatory guidelines for project funding.
