Garver’s Field Services Team is providing construction engineering and inspection (CEI) services for the Texas Department of Transportation’s Austin District on the new construction of two-lane, grade-separated northbound and southbound frontage roads along US 183 in Cedar Park.
Services include comprehensive preconstruction coordination, construction oversight, and project closeout, with responsibilities for managing submittals, schedules, RFIs, and change orders, as well as performing inspection and materials testing. The team monitors contractor compliance with plans, specifications, safety requirements, and regulatory standards, while supporting utility coordination, documentation, progress tracking, and dispute resolution. Garver also leads coordination among stakeholders, contractors, and engineers to verify compliance with Items 1–9 of TxDOT’s Standard Specifications, supporting efficient delivery and high-quality construction outcomes.
