Garver offers access to a group of personnel well versed in the daily operations of treatment processes. Our operations staff will be closely involved in all project startup activities. Garver offers classroom style training sessions that are designed to encourage operator participation. Once mastered in the classroom, we will lead personnel through field training exercises. This provides operators the ability to demonstrate a fundamental working knowledge of their newly designed processes.
Garver’s role is to assist in coordinating activities with the general contractor, equipment providers, and staff to see that equipment is properly installed and that adequate training has been given to the staff prior to placing any portion of the treatment processes in operation. This operational support prevents shortcuts from being taken, develops optimum operating procedures, and mitigates violations.
