WHCRWA Kinder Morgan Segment 3 66" Water Line

Reducing groundwater reliance for long-term sustainability

As a key partner of an overall regional strategy to reduce reliance on groundwater pumping, the West Harris County Regional Water Authority (WHCRWA) is in the midst of a large surface water supply project. This project will deliver treated surface water from Houston’s Northeast Water Purification Plant to various municipalities and utility districts west of Houston in Harris County. As part of the 66-inch water line project, Garver conducted an alignment review, prepared construction plans and specifications, and will develop bid and construction documents.
