Full-scope Service

Garver’s informed and prepared team establishes and maintains relationships with various agencies, maintains compliance by conducting environmental studies and services, and executes NEPA documentation.

In building a collaborative work experience, Garver assists clients in Section 404 permitting, Section 401 certification, pollution prevention plans, environmental site assessments, spill prevention control countermeasure plans, while performing biological and habitat evaluations, noise modeling, farmland impact evaluations, Section 4(f) and 6(f) evaluations, and wetlands/stream mitigation.

With an emphasis on public involvement, Garver executes natural resource management, cultural resource management, environmental statements and assessments, and categorical exclusions.
