San Antonio International Airport Terminal C Parking Garage

A gateway for growth

As passenger traffic continues to increase at San Antonio International Airport (SAT), the new Terminal C Parking Garage is helping create a more convenient and connected travel experience. This $117 million design-build project will deliver a seven-level, approximately 2,570-space parking structure and integrated Ground Transportation Center (GTC), improving access and mobility for travelers.

Garver is serving as program and construction manager as part of the airport's General Engineering Consultant program, collaborating with a design-builder and architect to oversee design, procurement, construction, and stakeholder coordination throughout the project.

The facility will centralize rideshare, taxi, and shuttle operations within a modern Ground Transportation Center connected directly to Terminal C. Travelers will also benefit from a climate-controlled lobby featuring passenger waiting areas, restrooms, grab-and-go concessions, and a direct enclosed pedestrian connection to the terminal.

Designed with the future in mind, the parking garage incorporates innovative technologies such as license plate recognition and real-time parking guidance systems, along with a rooftop structure designed to accommodate future eVTOL operations.

Through comprehensive program and construction management services, Garver is helping deliver a critical piece of airport infrastructure that supports growth, enhances the passenger experience, and positions SAT for the future.
